What you buy

One-time packs of video credits. One credit makes one 7-second video at 720p. Credits do not expire. There is no free video.

Failures and refunds

• If it fails: If a video fails to generate, that credit comes back automatically so you can try again. This is not a cash refund.
• Refund: Not happy with the result? For example, the face doesn’t look like you, the hands look wrong, or the heart shape didn’t form. Email support@thebicepheart.com and ask. We refund the original payment.
